About Nicole Pratt
Having worked in mortgage servicing for 8 years prior to becoming a real estate agent, Nicole Pratt has made it her personal mission to keep her clients at least one step ahead in any given transaction. It means that she remains clear, candid, and direct, whether communicating the good, the bad, or even the ugly. Yet, she always makes artful use of her accumulated years of knowledge to steer a clear path forward.
After growing up in the San Fernando Valley, Nicole moved to the Antelope Valley in 2004 to pursue her own dream of homeownership. During her career working in a variety of departments for a mortgage servicing company, she became used to a common refrain from people facing serious default: “If only I’d have known what I was signing up for.” Recognizing a system that had failed these people, Nicole became driven to get ahead of the problem. And the best way to do that was by becoming a licensed real estate agent.
So, in 2014, she officially obtained her license and has been helping clients find clarity and confidence in their decisions ever since. She loves sharing information, whether that means dipping into her history in mortgage servicing or providing savvy counsel on the best buying or selling strategies. A great listener, she makes sure to fully understand her clients’ goals before navigating a transaction. And she’ll never turn away a client based on their price point. When she sees the smile on a client’s face after helping them upgrade to a new home they felt was out of reach or securing a fantastic offer on their property, she feels true fulfillment. It further reinforces her belief that, when done right, real estate truly enhances our lives.
Nicole enjoys soundtracking her free time with all types of music, but shows a partiality to 1970s classic rock. She also loves experimenting with new recipes while cooking delicious meals.

I cannot express how much I appreciate Nicole. She was so attentive to our questions, she was available throughout the whole process. Nicole made it possible for us to purchase our home during a pandemic. On closing day she even showed up with essential toilet paper. She listened to all of our needs in a home and showed us what exactly what we wanted and didn’t waste our time. I will always recommend her to everyone.
